We understand that everyone is very different which is why we provide a range of options for everyone so you can enjoy the benefits that Yoga and Pilates can bring.

We have the expertise to help you reach your goals no matter how big or small they may seem.

Often people turn to the ‘gentler’ methods of Yoga and Pilates as a form of exercise because they have back problems, recovering from illness or injury, pregnant or post pregnancy, and these disciplines are entirely suitable for helping you should you fall into these categories.

Pilates and Yoga are also extremely useful and deliver results if you are an amateur athlete, sports enthusiast or general exerciser. Yoga and Pilates are both proven methods to help you find stress relief and to switch off from stressors in life.

Your Core Strength

Pilates techniques and principles work to improve your posture with a focus on core body strength, alignment and mindful movement.

Working to correct posture by strengthening weak areas and stretching tight ones so your body and movement become more efficient.

It’s about enabling the correct muscles to do the right job for you.

The result is movement feels more fluid and often muscular pain can be eliminated or reduced.

Core strength increases and this is great news for everyone because it means we are less susceptible to knocks, falls or injury in other areas of life and activity, including high-level sport and performance.

Build your Flexibility + Strength + Balance

Yoga is probably best well known for its series of poses or postures that without a doubt can improve flexibility and well-being. But do you realise that you do not need to be flexible to do Yoga.

Practicing Yoga poses are an invaluable way of building flexibility and strength into the body, however Yoga is also concerned with the mind and our mental strength and well-being.

Authentic yoga is taught such that the body is a vehicle through which we access greater mental strength and control.

In addition relaxation, meditation and breathing practices all serve the purpose to bring you back to balance within your body and mind – to help dissolve dis-ease in the system at every level.

Never more than now are these practices needed to help us re-connect with our minds and bodies. As a population we need to get our bodies moving more to improve our health, and learn to take time to give our minds some ‘down-time’ from the fast pace of a technology driven world.

Yoga and Pilates work to improve your general strength, flexibility, balance, posture, core strength and general well-being.

We offer a range of classes, and if you can’t find what you need please contact us because we can offer one to one or small group sessions so we can design a programme to work for you.

Where are the sessions held?

Initially we will be running the sessions in Bushy Park…yes outdoor Yoga and Pilates!

You not only get the wonderful benefits of the practices, but the feel good factor of being outside. Few of us get enough time outdoors!

You may need to wrap up a little more, but we will keep you moving and warm. We provide all the equipment, but you may wish to bring water and a towel if needed. Experience these amazing programmes in the beautiful setting of Bushy Park.

What if the weather is bad?

Within reason we continue, but should the weather be so adverse it makes it impossible those who have booked via our website will be notified in advance.

Moving ahead we will also seek to use indoor venues as required in the areas of both Bushy Park, Hampton Court and various venues in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. This will mean we can provide full all year provision no matter what the weather throws at us.
